NEW DOWNTOWN SATURDAY MARKET!!

We love Farmers Markets and seeing things people

create or bake themselves...

So it was exciting to hear about the grand opening of

the Downtown Market on Saturdays!

We decided to go this morning and check out the

merchandise and window shop....

Hey, we got some FREE STUFF!

At the recycling advertising table they were passing out

free T-Shirts, pens and GLOBE 'World' BALLS!

AWESOME!!!
(the ball is not a chew toy Hayden!) ha ha

'Lyza was happy just people watching

The market had various things to look at...

Homemade soaps, crafts and baked goods,

home grown produce,

homemade fried pies,

(which were sold out when we passed by,

sot he pies must have been tasty!)

Wonder how big this thing will grow into over the future weeks!

I hope they continue this tradition I see it as a great and fun

asset for the town to have on Saturdays!

FREE Family Fun DAY!!

The Volunteer Fire Station was hosting a

Free FAMILY FUN DAY today!

(We love free fun)

Here is a picture we took with SPARKY the Dog

as we arrived at the Family Fun day~

'Felony' was actually a puppy and not even a year old yet~
But wanted to make friends with Miss 'Lyza Jane
We had to get out face painted!
I was soo excited 'Lyza wanted to get hers painted today~

Learning the Letter G~

Some of the Books we read this week~

The Book, "My Little Girl" was really sweet & reminded

me of 'Lyza Jane alot...

it was co-written by Tim McGraw.

We painted some Letter G is for GREEN pictures~

We learned about GROWING!

(I found these grow capsules at the dollar store awhile back for $1)

The kids were soo excited to watch the capsules grow into a bug~

They tried to guess which bug would form with each capsule~

Its Amazing...G is for GROW!!

First Dance Class...Boom Boom Boom!

Soo I stopped in a local dance studio just to get some info

about dance classes for Miss 'Lyza Jane this week.

Well, they were offering FREE hip hop classes for boys-

trying to get boys more involved in dance of course,

but how can I say no to FREE energy wasting activity for my son!

So we signed him up and Miss 'Lyza Jane with a 3 week

beginner class only for summer.

1st Day of June~

Today big brother Hayden started VBS

Vacation Bible School

sooo Miss 'Lyza Jane has me all to herself!

We took a trip to the Parks & Rec downtown to get a summer

directory to find some things to do for the next few months!

Downtown has a beautiful fountain that we had to stop and admire~

Lyza Jane made her very first WISH in a fountain today!

The only problem with teaching her about wishing

and throwing coins in for wishes was...

she kept asking for more money! ha ha

I do hope all her WISHES come true though!

One of mine has, since I have my very own Princess

to play with every day!!

CAMPING...KumbaYahhh!

Soo Hayden and mommy bought our first tent today...

(Hayden has been begging mommy to take him camping and

Wally-world had a great deal on this tent soo we couldnt pass up

a fun opportunity!!)

Thank-goodness we decided to do this before the heat of

summer really hits, since the humidity here in the south is no joke!

Ok so are camping but decided to have PIZZA delivery! ha

(Or car pizza as Hayden calls it)
